Product OverviewThe DDL series fully automatic temperature-rise test device is an automated high-current test system engineered for temperature-rise testing of high-voltage switches and for high-current electrical commissioning. The system integrates automated control, measurement and PC-based data display, providing supply voltage, output current and active power readouts with accuracy class 0.5. Test duration and reminders are programmable for unattended sequences.
Applications- Temperature-rise testing and high-current electrical commissioning for power plants, substations, electrical equipment manufacturers, research institutes and test laboratories.
Key features- Automatic current regulation: deviations from the set current are compensated automatically and separately.
- Electrical control of voltage rise and fall to regulate output current; control accuracy selectable as an option.
- Zero-start protection function to prevent unsafe starts.
- Supply voltage and output current displayed via PC software with accuracy class 0.5; real-time active power monitoring.
- Independent programmable test time with reminder/alarm function.
- Designed for intermittent/short-duration operation with easy maintenance.
