Product Introduction
The control console (control box) for XC/TC test transformers is an auxiliary unit designed for convenient operation, easy maintenance and reliable field service. Its compact and robust construction makes it suitable for power utilities, large industrial plants, metallurgy, power stations, railways and electrical maintenance departments.

Usage and maintenance

• On receipt, check that the main control circuit wiring is tight and that the voltage regulator brush has good contact.
• After long periods of non-use, measure insulation resistance with a 500 V megohmmeter before use; insulation resistance must be ≥ 0.5 MΩ.
• Supply voltage must match the input value shown on the cabinet nameplate.
• The cabinet is equipped with overcurrent protection set at 80% of rated current at the factory; for low-load use, readjust according to the rated current of the tested product.
• After use, close the cabinet cover to keep the interior clean.
