Product introduction
The UHV-316X motor type test system is designed for type-testing single-phase and three-phase asynchronous motors, three‑phase permanent magnet synchronous motors and DC motors. The system supports customized configurations to meet specific product and customer requirements. Proprietary test software provides an intuitive UI, automated report and curve generation, and full traceability of test data. The system meets relevant international and national standards including IEC 60034-2-1, GB 755, GB/T 1032, GB/T 1029, GB/T 1311, IEEE 112 and CSA 390.

Main test items

• Ambient and winding temperature measurement using thermocouples, thermistors or equivalent sensors
• DC resistance test with conversion according to applicable standards
• Locked-rotor test: locked-rotor torque and current curves
• No-load characteristic curve: automatic analysis of iron loss and mechanical loss
• Temperature rise test: automatic temperature curve plotting; supports actual-load and equivalent-load methods
• Load test: efficiency and power factor curves for actual and equivalent loads
• Stray loss determination using multiple methods
• T–n curve plotting including maximum and minimum torque measurement
