Product Introduction:
The UHV-316L Automatic Hub Motor Test Bench is designed for final electrical testing of permanent-magnet hub motors without tires, using the valve hole for dynamometer connection. It automatically evaluates compliance with predefined control limits for each test item and produces comprehensive test reports.

• Automatic test sequence for DC resistance, insulation resistance, no-load test, load test and other key electrical and performance parameters.
• Automatic quality judgment based on configured limits; manual data entry supported when required.
• Integrated report generation and data storage with query functions for traceability.
• Single-station configuration: tests one motor at a time; maximum DC test current ≤ 300 A.
• Safety features: interlock protection, audible/visual alarm and emergency stop.

• AC motor used as loading device with linearly adjustable torque and interchangeable mounting brackets for wide model compatibility.
