UHV-316 Motor Test Bench
Product overview:The UHV-316 motor test bench is a custom, non‑standard test system compliant with relevant national standards (e.g. GB/T755-2019). It is engineered to execute complex test sequences for low‑ and high‑voltage three‑phase asynchronous motors and DC motors, and can be configured to customer technical requirements and motor types.
Key features:- Modular design for configurable test sequences and scalability to different motor classes.
- Measurement and control system based on an industrial control computer, PLC control and digital display instruments.
- All test system components (bench, control cabinets, enclosures) with spray-coated surfaces and durable printed labels.
- All equipment and installation materials are new; documentation and drawings use SI units.

Basic components- Motor: The motor to be tested is the core part of the test bench.
- Load device: used to simulate the load situation of the motor in actual operation, helping to evaluate the performance of the motor under different working conditions.
- Control system: responsible for controlling the operation mode of the motor, adjusting the load device, and collecting experimental data.
- Data acquisition system: Real time recording of various data generated during the testing process, including motor speed, current, voltage, and temperature.
Application field- Electric motor test benches are widely used in fields such as motor research and development, production manufacturing, and quality control. During the motor development phase, the testing bench can help engineers gain a deeper understanding of the performance characteristics of the motor, guiding the design and optimization of the motor. During the production and manufacturing process, the test bench is used to conduct comprehensive performance testing on each motor to ensure that it meets the design standards.
