The air heater model 3000-E is available in two versions: as switching device with 3 heating stages with 230 V AC and as electronic design with infinitely variable temperature setting with 230 V AC or 400 V RC.
The heat output amounts to 3000 W and reaches a maximum temperature of 700 °C.
The air heater model 3000-E is connected to an external air supply and is therefore suited for continuous operation. Air heaters are mounted on conveyor belts and in machines. In addition, they are used in heating ducts and on different types of appliances.
If required, the air discharge can be changed by means of different slip-on nozzles.

The air heaters model 3000 and model 5000 can be put to numerous different uses, for example on conveyor belts and in machines. The hot air they generate is used for activating, shrinking, drying and shaping.
The air heaters are switchable in 3 stages and can be equipped with different heat outputs with 230 V or 400 V RC offering up to maximum 650 °C.
Models 3000 and 5000 require an external air supply by means of fan, side channel blower or compressor. The required air flow amounts to 500 to 1500 litre/minute, depending on the nozzle.
It is possible to concentrate and change the air flow by means of different slip-on nozzles so that individual solutions can be created.

Due to its sturdy and compact design, the powerful air heater model 7500 is suitable for installation in machines, appliances, heating ducts and on conveyor belts.
The heat output of optionally 5000 W, 7500 W or 10000 W is electronically controlled and infinitely variable. If desired, the air heater can also be supplied without electronic system. The maximum temperature amounts to 700 °C.
As all our air heaters, model 7500 tool is operated with an external air supply and is therefore virtually maintenance free and suitable for continuous operation.
With wide slot nozzles of up to 300 mm width, the air discharge can be scattered, centred and adapted to individual applications.

CPAC Microplate
The INHECO CPAC Microplate is a compact heated and cooled position, built into the deck or ALP of a liquid handling system. Compact footprint and overall height, most SBS listed disposable can be fitted. The system is also suited for the heating and cooling of tubes and other probe formats. The unit is ready to install, CE and UL certified. A thermal fuse provides extra protection from overheating.
Power supply, temperature setting and control of the CPAC Microplate is performed through an INHECO TEC Control unit, please refer to the seperate TEC Control data sheet. Various types of aluminum adapter plates to match the required disposable are available. Adapter plates and positioner can be easily taken down for cleaning, or changed to another configuration within minutes.

Heat Pipe-Assisted Cold Plate Technology

There is a noticeable improvement in the production of hot water in existing electric water-heating tanks by installing a gas immersion heater on a free manhole. COST-EFFECTIVE HEATING
Thanks to the exceptional output of the compact immersion tube (more than 93% of Net Calorific Value), energy costs can be reduced by 20% to 50%. Furthermore, its direct installation in the bath neutralises losses in energy.
COMPONENTS
The equipment is made up of 3 sub-assemblies:
1 -The burner uses a total pre-mixture of air/gas.

The FKS fluid-bed cooler-sifter is an installation for the treatment of dry silica sand. The sand is cooled down to processing temperature and thoroughly dedusted to reach an excellent quality level.
The FKS is particularly distinguished by:
- simple and reliable operation

Design
The fluid-bed cooler-sifter is fitted with baffle-plates arranged at right angles to the longitudinal walls of the housing and forcing the sand to flow alternately over and under the plates. The resulting spaces, the so-called chambers, house the heat exchangers through which cooling water is circulated. The bottom of the housing is permeable to air but not to sand.
Functioning
While hot sand is fed into the FKS through the inlet, air produced by a fan is blown through its air-permeable bottom. This procedure fluidizes the sand, allowing it to flow freely and to behave like a liquid in communicating tubes. The fluid bed is filled to a controlled maximum level before the sand leaves the FKS again at the discharge end. While the sand flows through the individual chambers it passes along and is cooled by the integrated heat exchangers. At the outlet, a thermostat monitors the sand outlet temperature. In the course of this process, the dust contained in the sand is expelled by the fluidizing air.
The dust is then evacuated into the dust separation filter through a dust gas line.
