The Webster DHM 3 Series Digital Hydraulic Multimeter is an all-in-one unit designed to test the performance of manufacturer of hydraulic pumps, motors, cocks and hydrostatic transmissions.
The easy-to-use design allows the operator to just switch on and test, without complex setup or special training.
The DHM measures flow, pressure and temperature. In addition, the DHM holds the peak pressure value as well as calculating hydraulic power and volumetric efficiency using the unique P-Q test button.
The DHM is the ideal tool for pinpointing hydraulic system faults, reducing downtime, and helping in preventative maintenance. The design builds on the very successful Webster DHT range of portable industrial testers with the addition of a large digital display and a built-in pressure transducer.
The turbine flow meter with built-in loading valve is bi-directional and specifically designed to enable the operator to simulate the maximum working pressure safely during normal machine operation.
The loading valve has safety discs built-in to protect the operator and the multimeter in the event of excessive pressure, allowing oil to bypass the loading valve INTERNALLY with no spillage of oil from the hydraulic circuit, eliminating any danger to the operator or environmental hazards.

Air Suppliers of flow sensors Based on the Calorimetric Principle for Air or Gaseous Media. Compact, Precise, Rugged and Reliable
vent-captors are compact, self-contained flow sensors that work according to a calorimetric principle. The principle allows for the creation of compact, reliable flow sensors with a price/ performance ratio not possible with other physical flow-sensing principles.
Especially at a low flow rate, no other sensing principle can achieve the high accuracy of a vent-captor.
First engineered by weber Sensors more than 20 years ago, weber continues to pioneer sensors based on this principle.
vent-captors are available as insertion and in-line types. Both are also available with a binary output as switches and adjustable set-point and with an analog output as meters with an adjustable measuring range. |

| Racine Vortex offers high-accuracy vortex-shedding flow meters for a number of liquids and gases. The product line is quite unique: by incorporating ultrasonic technology, the meter's bluff body ("strut") has a considerably smaller footprint compared with other vortex-shedding flow meters. This results in very low pressure drop in the system. Meters are available in wafer (in-line, 1/2" to 4" size) or insertion styles (4" line size and higher). This vortex-shedding technology involves no moving parts, and the meters are virtually maintenance-free. Loop-powered gas flow meters offer HART communications, temperature compensation for mass flow measurement and gas flow standardization, CE-mark and optional ATEX hazardous area certification. Liquid flow meters also carry the CE mark. |

SIKA positive displacement supplier of flow sensors are highly accurate industrial transmitters that measure volume flows. They work on the positive displacement principle.
The flowing medium causes a pair of gear wheels to rotate. The sensor is manufactured to the highest accuracy and is then precisely assembled. The rotation is scanned by two non-contact pick-offs. As each tooth generates a pulse, the resolution is very high. Very low flow rates can be accurately measured and small volumes can be dosed.
The measurement unit contains two pick-offs that are circumferentially offset by ¼ of a tooth pitch to generate a 2 channel flow-proportional frequency signal. Suitable processing of the signal provides an greater resolution and the option to identify the flow direction.
It is possible to measure not only high viscosity media but also media whose viscosity varies e.g. because of changes in temperature. The maximum pressure drop should not exceed 16 bars. This limits the measurement range of high viscosity media (see pressure drop diagrams). Basically, the measurement accuracy increases with increase in viscosity of the media. |
|
The Titan oval gear flowmeters work by using the liquid pressure to drive a pair of interlocking oval gears. This rotation can be detected by a variety of means to give either a TTL or contact closure pulse output. The unit is manufactured in a choice of materials and pressure ratings to suit most applications and as with all positive displacement flowmeters, the performance improves with increasing viscosity, and can achieve an accuracy of ± 0.1% of reading.
The standard range of sizes covers from 0.25” to 2” BSPF connections, with maximum flows from 1l/min to 500 L/min depending on the model. Viscosities up to 10,000cP can be measured accurately, both in forward and reverse flow. Units are available for high pressure and temperature operation.

| The CM Series mass flow meters utilize industry's well recognized high accuracy standard, Coriolis technology. The core operating principle of this technology is that fluids flow through a vibrating tube which then causes a deflection of the flow tube proportional to mass flow rate. It is suitable for use with liquids, gases and slurries. Models are available that will measure mass flow, volumetric flow, temperature and density. Unaffected by variations in pressure, temperature, density, electrical conductivity and viscosity, the CM Series provides extremely accurate mass flow measurement over wide flow ranges. The series is comprised of three (3) models which differ by their choices in flow range, wetted parts, accuracy, pressure ratings, density measuring, and other optional functions and features. |
