Robust inclinometers with 360º measuring range and CAN interface
With the QG65, Dewit Industrial Sensors (DIS) offers a highly robust inclinometer that will measure a full 360º rotation in relation to the earth’s gravity without reference parts. In addition it is fitted with one or two M12 connectors and CAN-open interface for easy installation.
Robust
This inclinometer is specified to withstand shocks > 20.000g. Additionally the micro-electronics have been potted to IP 67 in a compact metal housing with M12 connectors. This results in an easy loop through the CAN interface.
Specifications
The sensors are suited for 8 – 30Vdc supply voltage and can be configured with different outputs like a 0,5 – 4,5V or 4 – 20mA analogue signal, or a CANopen interface. The output values of two axis are then combined to give a single analogue value for the 360° rotation. Also the separate X and Y values can be read from CANopen signals. The resolution is 0,1º and the accuracy is better than 0,1% of FS.
Finally this inclinometer is very easy to mount anywhere on the tilting object as it does not need to interface with any other object as a reference. |

Models 781 and 786 Signal Conditioning Units These reliable signal conditioners deliver peak performance from your Miniature Tilt Sensors. The compact Model 781 operates one dual-axis sensor or two single-axis sensors and uses an external power supply (not included). The rack mountable, AC-powered, Model 786 operates from two to sixteen sensor channels, expandable two channels at a time. Both Signal Conditioning Units provide two switch-selectable gains and two low-pass filter settings for every channel. |

ShockWatch impact indicators prevent damage to fragile goods. Ship your fragile, sensitive, perishable, or calibrated goods without surrendering control of their handling. Prevent mishandling every step of the way with ShockWatch active labels for impact detection.
Affixed directly to your goods or packaging, our shock sensors detect and record impact and mishandling of fragile, sensitive, or calibrated products during transportation.
Labels are available in five sensitivities, as indicated by the five different colors — simply match the sensitivity of the label to the level of impact the product and packaging can withstand. Activation indicates an impact beyond the predetermined level.
