Description
The HR 300 is a single‑line tabletop thermoplastic bending machine with a lower heating element, engineered for large formats. It bends methacrylate, PC, PVC, PS, PP, PET, PMMA and similar thermoplastics with thicknesses from 1 to 8 mm and a working length up to 3,000 mm. Filament temperature and heating height are electronically adjustable via a control unit for precise, repeatable settings adapted to each material and thickness. The worktable is heat‑ and scratch‑resistant for intensive professional and industrial use.

Operation
The HR 300 heating system uses a lower heating line with a height‑adjustable filament that ensures uniform heat distribution over the full 3,000 mm working length, enabling long, clean bends without marks. The integrated electronic control unit delivers precise and repeatable filament temperature adjustment for thicknesses from 1 to 8 mm, reducing operator variability. An adjustable parallel backgauge with two scales secures accurate alignment of large parts; for very thin sheets a special bending profile can be used to obtain controlled radii and flawless finishes.

The HR 300 is a 60 kg tabletop unit with overall dimensions 3,100 × 485 × 160 mm, built for professional intensive use. When to choose HR 300 vs HR 220
The HR 300 is recommended when bending pieces longer than 2,200 mm is required, when series work on sheets thicker than 6 mm demands maximum repeatability, or for large‑format furniture, construction or signage. The HR 220 is positioned for medium‑sized workshops and training environments.
