Description
The HRT-D acrylic sheet bending machine is designed to process acrylic and other thermoplastic panels and bend them to precise shapes. The machine shares construction features with the HRP 300 but is supplied without a top cover. It is fitted with automatic infeed and a conveyor for continuous handling and configured for series production up to 2,000 parts per hour. The machine is semi-automatic and supplied with bottom-only heating, adjustable heating elements and up to four temperature controllers for up to four heating lines and four clamping roller tracks. The work surface consists of several adjustable heat-resistant panels, an adjustable conveyor belt and a double rip fence with inch and millimetre scales. The modular design allows later expansion with additional heating profiles or control units.
