DescriptionThe HRT 300 is a floor-standing thermoplastic bending machine with a 3,000 mm working length and an electrical power range up to 14 kW. Designed for industrial production, it handles long and heavy acrylic, polycarbonate and other thermoplastic parts that exceed the capacity of tabletop equipment. The stand format eases loading and ensures stability for long bends.
Key features- Floor-standing design for safe handling of large/heavy workpieces
- Working length: 3,000 mm
- Electrical power: 1 kW – 14 kW
- Digital control of heating-wire height and temperature for consistent heating across the full length
- Adjustable reflector system with variable center-to-center distances
- Modular, expandable design prepared for 1 to 4 lower heating lines
- Parallel gauge with mm and inch markings and side stop for repeatable positioning
Applications- Large-format signage for facades, airports, stations and public spaces — single-piece panels without splices
- Long, repeatable bends for large displays used in trade fairs, shopping centres and museum installations
- Large-format signage and displays in acrylic and polycarbonate with minimal visible stress
- Large-scale furniture components in acrylic and PETG — fronts, sides and panels up to 3 m
- Architectural and construction elements: covers, protective panels, partitions and cladding in full-size formats
- Decorative and functional pieces requiring deep folds (distances between folds up to 900 mm)
- Industrial prototypes, technical components and serial production
Equipment & operationThe HRT 300 integrates a digital control unit to precisely regulate temperature and heating-wire height over the 3,000 mm working length, ensuring process repeatability. The adjustable reflector system adapts to a wide variety of part formats. The floor-mounted format reduces operator effort during loading of heavy or long parts and provides mechanical stability to avoid deflection or vibration across the working length.
Materials compatible- Methacrylate (PMMA): optical applications, signage and furniture
- Polycarbonate (PC): impact-resistant structural and protective parts
- PETG: good formability and chemical resistance for industrial components and displays
- Polypropylene (PP): lightweight, fatigue-resistant parts for technical components and construction
- Polystyrene (PS): decorative and commercial applications (requires fine temperature control)
- PVC: standard for large-format signage and lettering
NotesModular expansion from 1 to 4 lower heating lines is possible; technical values shown are recommended and can be modified on request to meet specific project requirements.
