Short description
Professional thermoplastic benchtop bending machine HRK 65 with double-sided (top and bottom) heating, pneumatic upper frame and modular construction. Designed for precise, repeatable bending of acrylic (PMMA), polycarbonate (PC), PVC, PS and other thermoplastic sheets from 1 to 6 mm under standard conditions, and up to 12 mm in specific configurations. Technology and operation
Double-sided heating with 1–2 heating lines per side for uniform temperature through the sheet and reduced internal stress. Pneumatic upper frame with adjustable pressure bars controlled by a foot pedal to avoid longitudinal deformation. Electronic timer and temperature indicator for repeatability. Adjustable reflectors and repositionable heating profiles; height-adjustable heating cables. Modular design permits additional heating profiles and extra control units.
