Description
The HRT 125 is a benchtop large-format thermoplastic bending machine for workshops and factories processing sheets up to 1,250 mm. Its modular construction is prepared for internal expansion, allowing addition of heating profiles and control units without structural modification. The under-bed heating uses adjustable heating-wire profiles positioned to apply localized, uniform heat along the working length. Power ranges from 500 W to 2 kW (230 V), supporting continuous production in signage, displays, interior fittings and plastics part manufacturing.

Equipment and operating concept
The heating system is based on lower (under-bed) profiles with heating wires adjustable in position and temperature. Each profile can be positioned precisely at the bend line to ensure localized, even heating across 1,250 mm. The internal architecture is prepped for expansion: 1 to 4 lower heating lines can be configured and additional control units or profiles added without altering the machine structure. This model does not provide top heating.
