Description
Floor-standing semi-automatic thermoplastic bending machine with double-sided (upper and lower) heating, time-controlled upper frame and 3000 mm working length. Equipped with two digital temperature controllers, one lower heating line and one upper heating line. Supplied as standard with a parallel back gauge and one clamping bar.

Operation and advantages
The HRP series uses digitally controlled heating cables; heating profiles are easy to position and profile cables are height-adjustable. Double-sided heating enables faster processing, reduces internal stress and permits bending of thicker materials including polycarbonate. The pneumatic upper frame has adjustable pressure bars operated by foot pedal and timer. The work surface is heat-resistant and made of multiple adjustable panels with a parallel stop marked in mm/inches. The machine has a modular design prepared for expansion with additional heating profiles and control units and includes two emergency stops.
