DescriptionThe HRP 220 thermoplastic bender is a floor-standing machine designed to perform precise, consistent bends on thermoplastic sheets and panels. It is intended for workshops and production environments that require controlled bending of medium to large parts, offering configurable heating zones and an extendable modular design.
Applications- Sign fabrication and display production for advertising and visual communication
- Acrylic furniture and decorative components
- Prototypes and industrial models for testing and design validation
- Production of plastic components for industrial applications
- Custom and creative medium-to-large projects
Key features- Bending capacity up to 220 cm width (suitable for medium to large parts)
- Compatible materials: acrylic (PMMA), polycarbonate (PC), polystyrene (PS), PVC and other thermoplastics
- Accurate and repeatable bends through controlled heating and setup
- Adjustable temperature control (typical range up to 600 °C depending on configuration)
- Double-sided (top and bottom) heating for faster processing and reduced material stress
- Pneumatic upper frame with adjustable pressure bars to prevent deformation
- Foot pedal and timer control for repeatable cycle operation
- Modular heating/profile system, prepared for expansion with multiple profiles or control units
- Heat-resistant, multi-panel work surface with parallel stop (mm/inch)
- Two emergency stops for operator safety

More informationHeating profiles are easy to install and the profile cables are height-adjustable. The HRP series uses double-sided heating to speed up processing, reduce internal stresses and enable bending of thicker materials such as polycarbonate. The pneumatic upper frame includes adjustable pressure bars to hold plates and prevent the banana effect. Upper-frame movement is controlled via foot pedal and a timer. The work surface is heat-resistant and composed of several adjustable panels; a parallel stop with millimetre and inch indication is provided. The modular internal preparation allows straightforward expansion with additional heating profiles or control units. The machine is equipped with two emergency stops.
