Description

Description
The Shannon HRP-S 300 is a floor plastic sheet bending machine with digitally controlled heating cables and double-sided (top and bottom) heating. The upper frame is operated by a foot pedal and timer. The heat-resistant, multi-panel work surface includes a parallel stop with millimetre and inch scales. The machine has a modular internal design prepared for easy expansion with multiple heating profiles and control units; profile cables are height-adjustable.

Applications
  • Large signage fabrication: production of large-format signs and displays for advertising and visual communication.
  • Acrylic furniture and decoration: manufacture of large acrylic furniture and decorative pieces.
  • Prototypes and industrial models: creation of large prototypes and models for testing and industrial design.
  • Industrial components: production of plastic components for various industrial applications.
  • Construction and architectural elements: fabrication of architectural and construction elements in plastic.

Key features
  • Working width: up to 3,000 mm (300 cm).
  • Material compatibility: acrylic (PMMA), polycarbonate (PC), polystyrene (PS), PVC and other thermoplastics.
  • Thickness range: recommended 1–10 mm (max. 15 mm; up to 20 mm depending on material).
  • Adjustable temperature control: digitally controlled heating for accurate bending without material damage.
  • Modular and expandable: prepared for additional heating profiles and control units.
  • Height-adjustable heating profiles: profiles can be positioned and adjusted in height.
  • Anti-warp clamping: adjustable pressure bars on the upper frame prevent banana-shaped deformation.
  • Operation: foot pedal and timer control for the upper frame.

Technical specifications (summary)
  • Bending capacity: up to 3,000 mm.
  • Working thickness (recommended): 1 - 10 mm (max. 15 mm).
  • Material thickness (possible): up to 20 mm depending on the material.
  • Temperature range: adjustable, typically up to 0–600 °C depending on configuration.
  • Heating profiles: lower 1–4, upper 1–2.
  • Model type: floor.
  • Bending method: manual (upper frame operated by foot pedal and timer).
  • Supply voltage: 230 V.
  • Power consumption: 2 kW – 4 kW.
  • Dimensions (LxWxH): 3,390 x 1,300 x 1,720 mm.
  • Weight: 570 kg.
  • Distance between two bends: 20 – 1,000 mm.

Additional technical notes
Double-sided heating speeds processing and reduces internal stress; the work surface is heat-resistant and composed of several adjustable panels; the machine is modular for on-site expansion and the profile cables are height-adjustable.
