Professional floor-standing thermoplastic bending machine for acrylic (PMMA), polycarbonate (PC), polystyrene (PS), PVC and similar plastics. Pneumatically controlled cover, adjustable parallel back stop and clamping bar. Calibrated mm/inch scale and height-adjustable heating profiles. Standard configuration includes 2 digital temperature controllers, 1 bottom heating line and 1 top heating line; operates with double-side heating and time control. Upper frame operated by foot pedal and timer; adjustable pressure bars prevent warping.

Additional technical notes
Heating elements are digitally controlled; profile cables are height-adjustable and heating profiles can be positioned easily. The machine can process very thin sheets (from 0.03 - 1 mm) and thicker sheets up to 15 mm with optional bending profiles or 2-heater reflectors. Modular internal preparation allows adding multiple heating profiles and control units.
