Overview
  • The ENERPAT HBA-150-110125 is a heavy-duty, fully automatic horizontal baler designed for industrial recycling of corrugated cardboard and OCC. It produces high-density bales with automatic tying and ejection to optimise storage, transport and recycling value.

Operating principle
  • Conveying and feeding: Material is transferred into the hopper/chamber of the horizontal baler for continuous or batch feeding.
  • Hydraulic compression: Synchronized multi-cylinder hydraulic system performs staged compression for uniform density.
  • Bundling & ejection: Automatic tying using high-tensile quenched steel wire and automatic ejection of formed bales.
