Description

Overview
  • The ENERPAT HBA-40-7272 is a fully automatic horizontal auto-tie baling press designed for high-volume recycling and material recovery facilities.
  • It provides continuous baling with automatic wire tying and automatic bale ejection to minimize operator handling and maximize throughput.

Key features
  • Fully automatic auto-tie operation with automatic bale ejection for reduced manual intervention.
  • Tri-action hydraulic compression system (three cooperating cylinders) for consistent high-density bales.
  • Automatic German-engineered high-tensility wire tying system to secure bales during handling and transport.
  • High-performance hydraulic circuit with cartridge valves, H-type tapered connections and long-life seals to limit leakage and maintenance intervals.
  • Intelligent PLC control (Siemens/Schneider) with touchscreen for one-touch operation and customizable compression and feeding cycles.

Operating principle
  • Conveying and feeding: material is fed into the hopper or chamber via conveyor or manual feed.
  • Hydraulic compression: the hydraulic system compresses loose material into dense bales under programmed cycles and pressures.
  • Bale tying & ejection: the automatic tying system secures each bale and the ejection mechanism removes finished bales for transfer or storage.

Materials handled
  • Corrugated cardboard / OCC
  • Plastic film / stretch film
  • PET and other plastic bottles (pre-flattening recommended)
  • HDPE containers / jerrycans (rigid plastics may require pre-crushing)
  • Textiles / used clothing (remove metal components before baling)
  • Foam / EPS (use high-pressure options for low-density materials)
  • Mixed paper / newsprint
  • Agricultural biomass (dry plant residues)
