The ENERPAT HBA-120-110125 is a fully automatic horizontal baler engineered for high-volume recycling operations, producing uniform, high-density, automatically tied bales from plastics, paper, cardboard and textiles.

Operating principle
  • Conveying and feeding: material is transferred into the hopper/chamber by conveyor or manual feed as configured.
  • Hydraulic compression: synchronized cylinders compress the material to the preset force and cycle parameters.
  • Bale formation & ejection: automatic tying secures the bale and the ejection system discharges finished bales for storage or transport.

  • Plastics: PET bottles, HDPE containers, plastic film/stretch wrap (configurable for different plastic streams).
  • Paper & cardboard: OCC (old corrugated containers), mixed paper, corrugator trim.
