Description

The ENERPAT HBA fully automatic horizontal baler converts loose recyclable materials into dense, transport-ready bales suitable for recycling and logistics handling. It is designed for recyclers, distribution centers, paper/plastic processors and manufacturing sites that generate high volumes of cardboard, paper and similar materials.

Key benefits and features
  • Fully automatic horizontal baler with automatic tying system for continuous operation and reduced manual handling.
  • Three-directional compression (three hydraulic cylinders) for high-density, uniform bales that resist breakage during handling and transport.
  • Tying system using quenched steel wire and German automatic tying technology to ensure secure bale binding.
  • Robust hydraulic system with cartridge valve blocks and high-quality sealing components for reliable, low-leak operation.
  • PLC control (Siemens/Schneider) with touchscreen or push-button interface, alarms and monitoring for straightforward configuration and troubleshooting.

Who needs the HBA-60-11075?
  • Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs) and recycling centers processing mixed paper, cardboard and containers.
  • Corrugated cardboard and paper mills baling OCC and paper scrap for recycling or resale.
  • Plastic recycling plants processing PET bottles, HDPE containers and plastic film.
  • Retail and e-commerce distribution centers managing packaging waste such as cardboard boxes and stretch film.
  • Manufacturing plants recycling off-spec products, packaging and light production scrap.

Material application
  • OCC (old corrugated containers) and corrugated cardboard boxes.
  • Mixed paper: office paper, newsprint and other paper grades.
  • Kraft and brown paper, paper cores and roll trim.
  • Plastics: PET and HDPE bottles, plastic film and stretch film.
  • Household recyclables and other non-metal recyclable materials where applicable.

Operating principle
  • Feeding: material is delivered into the hopper by conveyors or manual feed.
  • Hydraulic compression: multi-directional cylinders compress loose material under high force to form dense bales.
  • Tying and ejection: automatic tying secures the bale with quenched steel wire and the bundling system ejects the finished bale for stacking or transport.
