OverviewThe Vantage UFI ultrafiltration systems from Evoqua provide modular, skidded UF membrane packages designed to remove suspended solids and organic contaminants from a variety of feed waters. Mid-range configurations (24–48 module racks) treat flows up to 225 m³/h (approx. 1,000 gpm) and serve as reliable pretreatment for downstream processes such as reverse osmosis, ion exchange and industrial reuse.
Key benefits- Physical, verifiable barrier to remove suspended solids and reduce TSS
- Reduction of fouling on downstream equipment (e.g. RO), extending run times
- Consistent product quality across variable feed water conditions; typical SDI < 2
- Smaller overall footprint by consolidating multiple treatment steps into one filtration stage
- Lower chemical consumption and reduced waste, decreasing operating costs
Features- Skidded, modular design for rapid deployment and simplified installation
- UF membranes engineered for reliable solids retention
- Automated backwash and chemical enhanced backwash options for effective membrane cleaning
- Manual or automatic strainer and backwash configurations
- VFD-controlled feed pumps for energy-efficient operation
- Control packages from Evoqua or Allen-Bradley with HMI touchscreen
- Compact footprint suitable for space-constrained installations
