OverviewThe VPM vapor adsorber rental units are prefabricated steel vessels designed to remove contaminants and odors from air at moderate flow rates while maintaining a low pressure drop. Units are supplied charged with activated carbon, mounted on a fork-truck mobile base and equipped with lifting lugs for fast placement and service.
DescriptionDelivered ready-to-install, VPM adsorbers are self-supporting and intended for installation on a level, accessible area near the influent source. Connection is via MNPT inlet and outlet fittings; flexible hose or flexible pipe connectors are recommended for hard-piped systems to avoid stress on fittings and to simplify adsorber change-out. Evoqua can provide turnkey support including on-site carbon changeouts by OSHA-trained personnel, packaging and transport of spent carbon for recycling and thermal reactivation, and issuance of reactivation certificates on request.
Features- Adaptable — charged with the carbon best suited to the application; handling up to 1200 SCFM
