Description

Description
The EXAIR Heavy Duty Safety Air Gun delivers high force and flow for demanding industrial blowoff, cleaning and drying tasks. The 3/8 NPT inlet increases available compressed air to the Super Air Nozzle family while the cast curved trigger and ergonomic rubber grip support extended use. EXAIR engineered nozzles reduce compressed air consumption, comply with OSHA 1910.242(b) pressure limits and keep noise under OSHA 29 CFR 1910.95(a) where specified.

Applications
  • Part cleaning and debris removal
  • Chip and coolant blowoff
  • Liquid blowoff and drying
  • Part cooling
  • Targeted blowoff in production lines

Advantages
  • High blowoff force with controlled air consumption
  • Reduced operating cost through efficient nozzle design
  • Ergonomic trigger and grip for long shifts
  • Meets OSHA pressure and (where applicable) noise requirements
  • Available in multiple nozzle materials for corrosion and temperature resistance

Materials
  • Gun body: cast aluminum with ergonomic rubber grip
  • 316 stainless steel nozzles: excellent corrosion resistance; maximum temperature 1000°F (538°C)
  • Zinc‑aluminum alloy nozzles: general purpose; maximum temperature 250°F (121°C)
  • PEEK thermoplastic nozzles: scratch protection and chemical resistance; maximum temperature 320°F (160°C)

Accessories
  • Aluminum extension pipes: lengths from 6 in (152 mm) to 72 in (1829 mm)
  • Coiled hose with swivel: heavy‑duty compressed air hose, 12 ft (3.7 m) option
  • Chip shields: polycarbonate shields to protect operators and control splashback
