Description
Adding an Aluminum Extension Pipe to the Heavy Duty Safety Air Gun makes it easier to reach into deep machine spaces and high spots. The Heavy Duty Safety Air Gun delivers high force for rugged industrial use. A 3/8 NPT compressed air inlet increases the compressed air flow available to the Super Air Nozzle, resulting in higher force and flow than other air guns. The durable cast curved trigger is designed for comfortable, extended use while minimizing operator fatigue. These guns with EXAIR engineered nozzles minimize compressed air use, maintain OSHA pressure standard 1910.242(b), and reduce noise exposure by remaining under OSHA standard 29 CFR 1910.95(a) decibel limits.

• Zinc aluminum alloy nozzles: general purpose, maximum temperature 250°F (121°C).
• PEEK thermoplastic nozzles: protect finished parts from scratches and offer excellent chemical resistance, maximum temperature 320°F (160°C).

• Coiled Hose with Swivel: heavy duty compressed air hose, coiled for convenient storage; commonly available in 12' (3.7 m) lengths.
• Chip Shields: durable polycarbonate shields that protect operators from flying debris and help control splashback during drying operations.
