Overview
VariBlast® Precision Safety Air Gun is a uniquely powerful gun which produces variable force with the simple adjustment of the trigger valve. You decide how much force is needed for the application by squeezing the trigger a little or all the way for maximum force. This high impact acetal (polyoxymethylene) air gun can be equipped with many 1/8 NPT engineered air nozzles. The VariBlast Precision Safety Air Gun is small, comfortable and powerful while remaining light and ergonomic. Longer Type 316 stainless steel extension pipes for hard to reach areas are available.

Materials

• Body: High-impact polyoxymethylene (acetal) with ergonomic grip
• Nozzle options: Type 316 stainless steel (excellent corrosion resistance, maximum temperature 1000°F / 538°C)
• PEEK thermoplastic nozzles: excellent chemical resistance and scratch protection, maximum temperature 320°F (160°C)

Accessories

• Type 316 stainless steel extension pipes extend reach; available lengths include 12" (305 mm) and 20" (508 mm)
• Chip shields: durable polycarbonate shields to protect operators from flying debris and control splashback
