Description
The VariBlast Compact Safety Air Gun Model 1604SS-12-CS is a lightweight cast-aluminum blow gun designed for safe, adjustable air blowoff in confined or hard-to-reach areas. This kit includes the Model 1004SS Back Blow Air Nozzle, a 12" aluminum extension pipe and an integrated chip shield to reduce chip blowback toward the operator. The trigger valve provides variable force: squeeze partially for a low blast or fully for maximum force. The gun accepts EXAIR 1/8" NPT engineered nozzles for application-specific performance.

• Zinc aluminum alloy nozzles: general-purpose applications. Maximum temperature: 250°F (121°C).
• PEEK thermoplastic nozzles: protect delicate surfaces from scratches; excellent chemical resistance. Maximum temperature: 320°F (160°C).
