Overview
VariBlast® Compact Safety Air Gun delivers variable force via a trigger-valve for controlled blowoff and cleaning. The cast-aluminum body with ergonomic grip accepts any 1/8 NPT engineered air nozzle. Small and lightweight, it supports extension pipes for access to confined areas and is designed to meet OSHA noise and pressure requirements.

Materials and Nozzle Options
Gun body: durable cast aluminum with ergonomic grip.
Nozzle options:

• 316 stainless steel nozzles: excellent corrosion resistance. Maximum temperature: 1000°F (538°C).
• Zinc aluminum alloy nozzles: general-purpose. Maximum temperature: 250°F (121°C).
• PEEK thermoplastic nozzles: protect sensitive surfaces; excellent chemical resistance. Maximum temperature: 320°F (160°C).

Accessories

• Aluminum extension pipe — 1/8 NPT extensions available from 6" (152 mm) to 72" (1829 mm).
• Coiled hose with swivel — heavy-duty coiled compressed air hose; recommended Model 900750 for VariBlast Compact Safety Air Guns.
• Chip shields — polycarbonate shields to protect operators from debris and control splashback during drying.
