Description

Overview
TurboBlast® Safety Air Guns are ergonomic, high-flow pneumatic blow-off guns designed for industrial cleaning, drying and part cooling. Soft over-molded grip and one-finger trigger provide controlled operation. Models are available with a 3' or 6' aluminum extension pipe and selected models include an adjustable gate flow valve for on-the-fly airflow control.

Model 1924SS (includes adj flow valve) and 1914SS (no flow valve) — Nozzle: 1112SS Stainless Steel Super Air Nozzle. Inlet: 3/4 NPT. Air consumption: 91 SCFM / 2,577 SLPM. Force: 4.5 lbs / 2.04 kg. Sound level: 96 dBA. Also available as 1924 and 1914 with 1112 zinc-aluminum nozzle. OSHA: 3 hour total exposure per day without hearing protection.

Model 1925SS (includes adj flow valve) and 1915SS (no flow valve) — Nozzle: 1114SS Stainless Steel Super Air Nozzle. Inlet: 1 NPT. Air consumption: 135 SCFM / 3,823 SLPM. Force: 6.6 lbs / 2.99 kg. Sound level: 99 dBA. Also available as 1925 and 1915 with 1114 zinc-aluminum nozzle. OSHA: 2 hour total exposure per day without hearing protection.

Model 1926 (includes adj flow valve) and 1916 (no flow valve) — Nozzle: 1116 Zinc-Aluminum Super Air Nozzle. Inlet: 1-1/4 NPT. Air consumption: 188 SCFM / 5,324 SLPM. Force: 9.4 lbs / 4.26 kg. Sound level: 102 dBA. Without hearing protection, only use 1 hour per day (OSHA 29 CFR 1910.95(a)).

Model 1927 (includes adj flow valve) and 1917 (no flow valve) — Nozzle: 1118 Zinc-Aluminum Super Air Nozzle. Inlet: 1-1/4 NPT. Air consumption: 300 SCFM / 8,495 SLPM. Force: 15 lbs / 6.8 kg. Sound level: 106 dBA. Without hearing protection, only use 1/2 hour per day (OSHA 29 CFR 1910.95(a)).

Model 1928 (includes adj flow valve) and 1918 (no flow valve) — Nozzle: 1120 Zinc-Aluminum Super Air Nozzle. Inlet: 1-1/4 NPT. Air consumption: 460 SCFM / 13,026 SLPM. Force: 23 lbs / 10.43 kg. Sound level: 109 dBA. Without hearing protection, only use 1/2 hour per day (OSHA 29 CFR 1910.95(a)).
