DescriptionTurboBlast® Safety Air Guns are ergonomic industrial air guns designed to deliver very high airflow and blow-off force up to 23 lbs. The tool features a single‑finger button trigger, a soft over-molded grip and is available with a 3' or 6' aluminum extension pipe. This variant is supplied without the adjustable (gate) flow valve for fixed‑flow applications.
Applications- Slag and flash removal
- Paper manufacturing and plant cleanup
- Steel mill and foundry cleaning
- Removal of stubborn debris and production waste
- Part cooling and drying; liquid removal
Advantages- Single‑finger trigger for controlled activation
- “Dead Man” grip that stops airflow if the handle is released
- Ergonomic, over-molded grip insulated against heat and cold
- Integrated nozzle guard for added safety
- Meets OSHA pressure and noise exposure requirements when used per guidelines
Materials- Body: rugged cast aluminum with over-molded elastomer grip, UV and chemical resistant
- Nozzle options: Type 316 stainless steel (excellent corrosion resistance). Max temp: 1000°F (538°C)
- Zinc‑aluminum alloy nozzles for general purpose use. Max temp: 250°F (121°C)
