Stainless steel quarter-turn fastener QCFC

Provides positive locking in quick-change applications where fasteners are frequently inserted and removed. Ensures consistent clamping force to prevent under- or over-tightening by the operator. The flat profile with recessed knob and body minimizes interference. Designed for use with QCFC-B receptacles (sold separately). The fastener mounts to the fixture and the receptacle mounts to the base. As the fastener is inserted into the receptacle, the pins align with the grooves. The internal spring accommodates fixture thicknesses of 6 mm or more. Fasteners are marked with "ON" and "OFF" indicators to show pin position. Four recessed countersunk head screws for mounting are included (M2.5X0.45-5L). Body, knob, spring and screws are made from stainless steel.
