Product description
These shaft-mount, quarter-turn fasteners provide positive locking for quick-change fixtures where frequent insertion and removal occur. Designed for use with QCSJ-series cam receptacles, the fastener is mounted to a shaft for extended reach while the receptacle is mounted to the base. During insertion the fastener pins engage the receptacle grooves; a quarter-turn rotation aligns and locks the fastener, delivering a consistent clamping force and reducing the potential for under- or over-tightening by the operator. Body and shank are 1045 steel with an electroless nickel plated finish. Pin is 304 stainless steel. Spring is 304-CSP stainless steel.
