Product overview
DuraSoft® DR-9502 series rollers are shaft-mounted rollers with a steel insert and an elastomer outer surface permanently bonded to the insert. They are designed for conveyor and material-handling applications requiring compliant contact and secure shaft attachment. Hub extends past the roller and is secured to the shaft with two setscrews positioned 90° apart.

Materials & hardness

• Available outer materials: urethane, nitrile, neoprene
• Hardness range: 20–95 Shore A (examples in table: 35, 60, 80)

Design & features

• Smooth contact surface permanently bonded to a steel insert for consistent performance
• Shaft-mounted hub extends beyond roller for easy mounting
• Hub supplied with two setscrews at 90° intervals to fasten onto shaft
• "Teardrop" holes in elastomer allow controlled flex for firm yet non-damaging contact
