Q Vertical Kneader Working Principle Vertical kneader mixes materials in a closed cylinder through a vertically arranged stirring blades (usually S-shaped). When working: ✔Movement of stirring blade: Two blades rotate relative to each other at different speeds (with a speed difference), producing shearing, squeezing and folding effects to fully mix the materials. ✔Heating/Cooling: The jacket design allows steam or cooling medium to be introduced to control the material temperature. ✔Discharging method: Generally adopt bottom discharging to ensure no residue.
