Vertical kneader with vertical planetary double-paddle structure designed for uniform mixing, kneading and dispersion of high-viscosity, high-elasticity and powder materials. Suited for R&D labs and small-batch high-value production. Applicable viscosity range: ~10,000 cP to 2,000,000 cP.

Key features

• Uniform mixing without dead zones: two meshing planetary blades provide rotation and revolution for strong shearing, stretching and kneading in the 10 L chamber.
• Vertical shaft arrangement prevents shaft-seal contamination: shaft and bearings positioned above product level to avoid material ingress into seals and lubricant contamination.
• Precise temperature control and vacuum capability: jacketed cylinder compatible with temperature controller, direct material temperature sensing and high-sealing design for vacuum degassing.
• Easy cleaning and low residue: hydraulic cylinder lifts the kneading cylinder away from blades for complete discharge and fast cleaning, suitable for frequent formulation changes.
