JCT Machinery Vertical Kneader is a multifunctional and efficient machine designed for mixing and kneading various materials, especially high viscosity (5 million), high solid content (more than 90%), high elastic and plastic materials, such as: High viscosity sealants, plastics, rubber, etc.
What does a JCT Vertical Kneader do?
Vertical Kneader continuously performs lamination and peeling through the vertical rotation of two kneading blades. It provides strong shearing force, squeezing force and friction force, so that the material can be thoroughly kneaded evenly in a short time. It is suitable for dental materials, carbon fiber composites, graphite materials, etc.
How does a JCT Vertical Kneader work?
Rotation of Mixing Shaft: In addition to individual rotation, the kneading blades also move in a planetary motion. This means that while rotating on their own axes, the blades also move in a circular path around the central axis of the kneader. The circular path is typically larger than the diameter of the mixing chamber.
Kneading Action: As the mixing shaft rotates, the mixing elements on the shaft create a combination of mechanical forces, including shearing and impact forces. These forces continuously push, pull, stretch, and fold the materials, breaking down aggregates and promoting thorough mixing. The vertical design allows for effective material movement within the chamber.
