Design and Internal Structure
The machine uses a vertical mixing chamber with a jacket for thermal control. DUPLEX kneading blades provide strong shear and kneading action; each blade rotates on its axis while orbiting the central axis (planetary motion), producing large circular coverage and minimising dead zones for improved dispersion and easier cleaning.

Temperature & Process Control
Equipped with a temperature control system for precise regulation of the kneading chamber. Options include vacuum degassing and precise bottom scraping for clean discharge; suitable for temperature-sensitive formulations and processes requiring repeatable thermal profiles.
