JCT Machinery JCT VK series vertical kneaders are mixing and kneading machines designed for medium- to high-viscosity materials such as rubber, plastics, adhesives, resins and other polymer compounds. Design and Internal Structure
The machine uses a vertical mixing chamber with a jacket for thermal control. DUPLEX kneading blades provide strong shear and kneading action; each blade rotates on its axis while orbiting the central axis (planetary motion), producing large circular coverage and minimising dead zones for improved dispersion and easier cleaning.

Temperature & Process Control
Equipped with a temperature control system for precise regulation of the kneading chamber. Options include vacuum degassing and precise bottom scraping for clean discharge; suitable for temperature-sensitive formulations and processes requiring repeatable thermal profiles.
