Overview
Vertical kneaders of the VK series provide essential process control for production and R&D of medical polymer materials (dental resins, bone cements, medical-grade silicone, bio‑hydrogels). The vertical design isolates drive and seals above product level, enabling high‑vacuum degassing and eliminating shaft‑seal contamination risk; suitable for GMP‑aligned sterile processing of ultra‑high‑viscosity formulations.
