Working PrincipleThe vertical kneader mixes materials inside a closed cylinder using vertically arranged S-shaped blades that rotate planetary-like. Key behaviours:
- Two interleaved blades rotate at different speeds to produce shearing, compression and folding for homogenous mixing.
- Jacketed cylinder enables steam, oil or electric heating and cooling for temperature control.
- Bottom discharge design and vacuum option allow efficient degassing and near-complete emptying.
