JCT VK series vertical kneaders are designed for mixing high-viscosity and low-fluidity materials across chemical, food, new energy and advanced materials industries. The machines combine a vertical cylinder, S-shaped planetary blades, jacketed heating/cooling and optional vacuum for controlled processing.

Working Principle
The vertical kneader mixes materials inside a closed cylinder using vertically arranged S-shaped blades that rotate planetary-like. Key behaviours:
  • Two interleaved blades rotate at different speeds to produce shearing, compression and folding for homogenous mixing.
  • Jacketed cylinder enables steam, oil or electric heating and cooling for temperature control.
  • Bottom discharge design and vacuum option allow efficient degassing and near-complete emptying.
