It adopts a 7-inch touch screen, ARM7 single-chip microcontroller, and high-speed AD data acquisition circuit, and is equipped with background management software. The system is designed for both indoor and outdoor applications, providing reliable and stable test voltage under various conditions. This VLF test system is especially suitable for testing electrical equipment with large insulation equivalent capacitance, such as power cables, power capacitors, large and medium-sized generators, and motors. It overcomes the shortcomings of similar domestic products (see Table 1) and offers superior cost performance compared with imported alternatives. The Ultra-Low-Frequency High Voltage Generator meets the requirements of the national electric power industry standard “General Technical Conditions for Ultra-Low Frequency High-Voltage Generator” (DL/T 849.4-2004) and ensures safe, accurate, and efficient withstand voltage testing.
