Description

Automatic line for the production of biscuits, creams, rings and cakes “Medovik” LBC-620 designed for molding, sizing and stacking products on a pastry or steel baking sheet under the oven. Wide range of line modifications for various types of products: • “Korzhik”; • “Sochnik” or compose; • “Ring”; • round cake or rectangular for the “Medovik” cake. Advantages and features of LBC-620: • Pneumatic units from the company Camozzi (Italy). • Tramec motor reducers (Italy). • Mitsubishi frequency converters (Japan). • Control based on the Delta controller (Taiwan). • All items of equipment, contiguous with products made of materials approved for contact with food and media. Modification for dumplings and shortbreads consists of: • Formation conveyor. • Flouring station for conveyor belt. • Station for jigging the dough layer (steep dough) (roller extruder; includes two dies for a thickness of 4 and 5 mm). • Guillotine cutting unit (cuts curly shapes of biscuits, butterscotch, rings – at choice). • Waste return conveyor for recycling. • Roller-gear station for applying filling on the workpiece (cottage cheese on a juicer). Features: • Line is equipped with a programmable controller. • Rolling the crevice after applying the filling is manual. • Installation of an automatic baking sheet stacker is possible. • Line is designed for the molding of round and rectangular blanks of “honey” cake layers with a minimum cake thickness of 2 mm.
