Line for automatic molding of biscuits LMB “Krembl” – designed for shaping, sizing and stacking Venskoe biscuits on a baking sheet or on a steel under the oven. The dough and filling are loaded manually.
The line consists of:
Biscuit bed forming conveyor.
Flouring station for conveyor belt.
Three-roller station for jigging the bottom layer of biscuits (tough dough).
Roller shaft (variable speed).
Two-roll (gear rolls) station for filling the bottom dough layer.

Disc cutting unit. Designed for preliminary longitudinal separation of a semi-finished product.
Conveyor for dividing a layer of a semi-finished product after a slitting operation (distributes the cut layers of dough along two tiers of the conveyor for further cross-cutting using a guillotine).
Intermediate conveyor for feeding divided products onto a baking sheet.
Tray feeding conveyor (not equipped with a programmable controller, semi-finished products will inevitably hit the tray joint).
