Description

Line for automatic molding of biscuits LMB “Krembl” – designed for shaping, sizing and stacking Venskoe biscuits on a baking sheet or on a steel under the oven. The dough and filling are loaded manually. The line consists of:  Biscuit bed forming conveyor.  Flouring station for conveyor belt.  Three-roller station for jigging the bottom layer of biscuits (tough dough).  Roller shaft (variable speed).  Two-roll (gear rolls) station for filling the bottom dough layer.  Two-roll (gear rolls) station for filling the bottom dough layer.  Test crumb application station.  Roller shaft (variable speed).  Disc cutting unit. Designed for preliminary longitudinal separation of a semi-finished product.  Conveyor for dividing a layer of a semi-finished product after a slitting operation (distributes the cut layers of dough along two tiers of the conveyor for further cross-cutting using a guillotine).  Intermediate conveyor for feeding divided products onto a baking sheet.  Tray feeding conveyor (not equipped with a programmable controller, semi-finished products will inevitably hit the tray joint).
