NRM-2, dough-rolling machine for lahvash and pizza
The equipment is designed for rolling out dense dough for lahvash, pizza, pies, pita, tortillas, dumplings, varenics, khinkali, etc. in small and medium-sized industries, where manual labor prevails. Two pairs of adjustable shafts 60 and 30 cm provide rolling in one cycle.
