Description

Souffle formation line SFL designed for longitudinal and transverse division of souffle (marmalade) layers into segments of a given width and length. Comprises: • Slitting conveyor (individually driven belt). Equipped with a disc cutting unit (oil lubrication system for discs; disc cleaning system; individual drive). • Adjustable belt conveyor (individual drive). The conveyor is equipped with a number of separate T-shaped bundles designed to move the pre-longitudinally cut layers apart from each other. Bundle width 10mm. When changing the width of the workpiece, it is required to throw the bundles on the dial-up shaft under the required width in multiples of 10 mm. • Cut to length conveyor… Equipped with a pneumatic guillotine cutting unit. No product accompaniment. Principle of operation: Finished semi-finished product (layer) is manually fed to the conveyor belt of the longitudinal divider. The disk divider provides division of the dough layer into longitudinal blanks. Then the pre-cut blanks go to the belt conveyor, where the cut strands are separated from each other. Then the separated strands are transferred to the guillotine cutting conveyor. Guillotine cutting provides a transverse division of the seam into workpieces of the required length. Components • pneumatics Camozzi (Italy); • high quality powder coating; • all structural elements in contact with the product are made of materials approved for use in food processing equipment.
