The Auto Tape 50 CF is a semi-automatic case sealer with manual size adjustment, designed to deliver efficiency and precision in carton sealing operations. Equipped with a flap-closing system, it automatically folds the four top flaps and applies adhesive tape on both the upper and lower sides, ensuring fast and consistent sealing of fixed-format American-type cartons. Adjustments are simple and intuitive, with access available from both sides of the machine, reducing setup times and increasing productivity. The machine is equipped with dedicated sensors for detecting tape breakage or tape end, all managed via a PLC control panel, providing reliable and centralized management of operating functions. This makes it particularly suitable for integration into fully automated packaging lines without operator supervision. The equipment is completed by infeed and outfeed roller conveyors, which facilitate carton flow and make the packaging station practical, efficient, and versatile.
