The EASY PAPER 50 SB is a semi-automatic taping machine with manual sizing, designed to seal the top and bottom of fixed-size American boxes using water-activated Kraft paper tape, with or without filament reinforcement. Two motorized side belts ensure uniform sliding, stability and precision during the taping process. The machine features two pneumatic taping heads and a touchscreen panel with PLC control for preset tape lengths and work settings.

Features of the taping machine
The box is advanced by two lateral motorized belts that drive it towards the two taping heads. An energy-saving system activates the belts only when the box is detected by a photocell placed under the infeed roller conveyor. Before the heads, the paper tape is automatically moistened by special sponge rollers and dispensed. Rubber rollers apply the tape to top and bottom flaps and pneumatically operated cutters perform the automatic cut, producing a uniformly sealed, tamper-evident box.
