The Matic Tape 50 CF automatic case sealer is a self-adjusting machine with a flap-closing system designed to seal both the top and bottom of variable-format American-type cartons using adhesive tape. The case sealer is engineered for integration into fully automated packaging lines without operator supervision. Features and Operation The main frame of the Matic Tape 50 CF automatic case sealer is built from folded, welded, and painted steel sheet. Carton transport is performed by four lower side belts driven by four independent motors. The machine automatically adjusts to the different carton sizes being fed. Once positioned, the internal mechanisms fold the four top flaps, which are then sealed with adhesive tape. The actuation of these mechanisms is pneumatic, while electronic management is controlled by a SIEMENS® PLC, ensuring precise and reliable operation.
