Description
The Corner Tape 50 TBB is an automatic corner taping machine designed to apply four U-shaped strips of self-adhesive tape to the top and bottom of American-style boxes. Boxes are transported on a motorized roller conveyor toward a pneumatic pusher that rotates them 90° and directs them to four taping heads. After tape application, pneumatic cylinders lower the flaps to complete hermetic sealing. The machine is suitable for integration into unmanned automated packaging lines.

Operation details
The machine is adjustable for multiple box formats: the operator sets conveyor width and worktop height according to box dimensions. Motorized rollers feed the box to a sensor that triggers the pneumatic pusher and initiates the 90° rotation. Four taping heads apply U-shaped strips; air cylinders then lower the flaps to seal the package. Compatible with kraft, polypropylene and PVC adhesive tapes. Designed for continuous operation in packaging or distribution environments.
