The pasta dryers of the EC series are designed specifically for drying pasta. Pasta dryers are constructed with sheet metal panels 60 mm thick, including the floor, and are painted with white epoxy-allergenic paint and filled with polyurethane foam to provide better insulation and soundproofing. Heating of air can be done with electric resistors or hot water heat exchangers. An electronic card allows the management of temperature and humidity during the drying cycle for the best results and reduced cycle times. The frames for holding pasta are made of special wood and a net of food-compatible polyester. They are mounted on stainless steel carts with swivel casters for easy movement in all directions.
