SD-18A PRO is a modular inert-loop mini spray dryer for converting aqueous and organic solvent solutions into powder. The system can be purchased as a basic bench-top unit and upgraded later with a removable closed-loop inert gas module. The design integrates solvent recovery and an oxygen monitoring system to support safe processing of flammable solvents.

U.S. Spray two-fluid atomizer
  • External-mixing two-fluid nozzle delivers fine, high-precision atomization.
  • Independent control of air and liquid streams for viscous liquids and suspensions.
  • Nozzle mounted at the top center of the air distributor, spraying downward into the drying chamber.

Air supply system
